Taiwam Oolong Milk tea is a kind of taiwan oolong tea. It is partially or semi-fermented, they have some of the qualities of both black and green teas. The dried tea leaves are curled and bold and a yellowish album color, the liquid is yellowish, clean and pure taste, a light milk fragrance. it is selected one bud and two leaves.

The Basic classification of Oolong Tea:        

North Fujian Oolong: Wuyi rock tea, North of Fujian Narcissus, Wuyi cinnamon etc.

Fujian Oolong: Anxi Iron Mercy Goddness, Qilan, Benshan Oolong, Golden sweet Olive etc.

Guangdong oolong: Phoenix Dancong, Phoenix Narcissus, Raoping Oolong etc.

Brew Guide:

Drop 7-8 grams Oolong Tea into the cup. Steep tea leaves in 110ml hot water at 95-100°c for 40seconds for the first and second brewing. Number of Infusions: 7 times Suitable tea ware: sand-fired pot, Gaiwan
