Brew Guide:         3 gram of the puer tea per 8oz of water. Brew at 212 oF (100 oC) for 1 to 2 minutes. Infusion time:5-8 times/cake

The Overview of black pear Old Tea Nubs/ Lao Cha Tou:In general, Lao Cha Tou have a stronger, mellower and richer taste than the loose ripe puerh tea. And can be infused for many time. some tea lovers thought it is of hig-her grade in the ripe puer tea.

When the puerh tea are pile-fermentated, the tea leaves will generated some pectin. The pectin is very thick, they will globe the tea leaves together. The tea worker will seperate the caking, but some cakings stick together and they can not be seperated easily. They are taking out and called Old tea nubs/Lao Cha Tou. Since the tea leaves are adhered together, so the old tea nubs can be brewed for many times.
