Long Jing is often called the national drink of China. LongJing Tea (Dragon Well) Tea is famous for its unique fragrance and flavor, flat, slender strips of tea leaves in bright green liquid. Longjing is highly praused because of its absolute beauty in its greenish tea leaves, elegant fragrance, mellow taste and prettiness shape. Brew Guide:
We recommend using glass-based tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Using 3 grams of longjing tea leaves with 8 ounces (225 millimeters) of water, Pour hot water of 160 Fahrenheit (70 degree Celsius).
