Black Tie Guan Yin Oolong Tea

The overview of Oolong Tea:

Oolong tea belongs to the semi-fermented tea, the manufacturing method of oolong is a combination of the production advantages of green tea and black tea. It has a taste of the vibrant of green tea and the mellow of black tea. It was fisted produced in Wuyi Mountain in later Ming and early Qing Dynasty.

The steps of procedure of oolong tea are withering, making fixation, stirring fixation, rolling, drying up.
